On days or time slots with no reservations, the cafe may be closed, and on busy days we may be fully booked.
Same-day participation is possible if there are available seats, but especially on weekends and during holiday seasons, we strongly recommend booking early.
Please make a reservation from the Reservation page.

Experience, Clothing and Food

Q. What kind of ninja training can I experience?

Our standard ninja training mainly includes the following three activities:
• Shuriken (ninja star) throwing
• Blowgun experience
• Basic sword (katana) posture and forms (using safe replica swords)
The contents may vary slightly depending on the course and the store, but our ninja staff will guide you kindly and carefully.

Q. Can I rent a ninja costume? What sizes do you have?

Courses with ninja costume rental include authentic black ninja costumes.
You will wear the costume over your regular clothes, and we have multiple sizes from children to adults.
As a guideline, our smallest costumes are suitable for children from around 2–3 years old.

Q. What should I wear?

Since you will wear the ninja costume over your regular clothes, we recommend comfortable pants that are easy to move in.
Skirts are not recommended, as they make it harder to move and to pose with the sword.
Sneakers or other comfortable shoes are better than sandals or high heels for safety and ease of movement.

Q. Can I take photos and videos?

Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos with your own smartphone or camera.
There are many photogenic spots, such as ninja costumes and ninja house-style tricks, so please take lots of memorable pictures.
However, please be considerate when using flash and avoid filming other guests without their permission.

Q. Can I just use the cafe without joining the ninja training?

If there are available seats on the day, you can use the cafe only, without joining the ninja training. (Reservations are only accepted for groups who join the ninja training.)
Companions who do not join the training are kindly asked to order at least one drink or other item in the cafe area.

Q. Do you have vegetarian, vegan, halal or allergy-friendly options?

As much as possible, we offer vegetarian, vegan and halal-friendly options and take allergies into consideration.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please write the details in the remarks field when making a reservation or in the inquiry form so that we can check in advance and guide you accordingly.
We cannot guarantee 100%対応 for all dietary needs, so if you have severe allergies, please be sure to consult us in advance.

Age, Companions and Accessibility

Q. From what age can children participate? Is it fun for adults only?

Ninja Experience Cafe is designed to be enjoyable for both children and adults.
Our smallest ninja costumes are generally suitable from around 2–3 years old, and we recommend joining the ninja training from around 3 years old.
Adults-only groups, couples and groups of friends are also very welcome.

Q. Is it OK to bring a baby or stroller?

Yes, you can enter the cafe with a stroller. When leaving your stroller inside the cafe, we may kindly ask you to fold or move it depending on the space.
Please note that some stores have stairs at the entrance. If you are concerned, please contact us in advance.

Q. Is the cafe accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues?

Many of our stores have stairs at the entrance, so they are not fully barrier-free.
We also need to consider the number of guests and how busy it is that day, so if you plan to visit by wheelchair, please contact the store by e-mail in advance so that we can check the best way to welcome you.

Q. Can I participate if I am pregnant?

Ninja training includes some physical movements such as standing, throwing shuriken, using the blowgun and practicing sword forms.
