About Us

We run Ninja Experience Cafe in Tokyo (Asakusa and Harajuku), Osaka and Kyoto.
Change into a ninja costume and try your hand at throwing shuriken and using a blowgun. It is a fun way to experience Japanese culture for adults and children alike, and as an indoor venue, it can be enjoyed rain or shine.

Contrary to what you may have seen in anime, shuriken are thrown overhand, like a baseball, not flicked sideways. Our staff teach a simple "1, 2, 3" rhythm, so even first-timers can feel the thrill of hitting the target.
The blowgun is easy enough for children aged 3 to 4 with a little help from a parent, and the costumes adjust with ties to fit any body size.
Staff are happy to take photos and videos for you, so solo travellers can join in with ease. The experience takes about one hour (about 90 minutes with a meal).

If you are thinking, "I want to be a ninja too!", please come and visit us.
Reservations can be made here.
